DLC rig is just a cosmetic change as per comments on Reddit and Steam store page. I have not pre-ordered so I can not confirm it, however, I know that changing rig color became available to me only when I acquired new rig upgrade, at which point I could switch between starting color scheme and the one from new rig. Somehow less useful than some of the Lords of the Fallen DLC, at least the Loot Detector thing is bundled with other stuff for this game but you don't have a quest to unlock it like in LotF making acquisition less enjoyable.
On the other hand, you have to sacrifice an Implant slot for it which is less than ideal. Especially early game. Yes, but you had to do that in LotF too so I don't regard that as too big of an issue since a precedant has already been set. Major - View Profile View Posts.

Yeah, that particular implant never really sat well with me. I very, very begrudgingly have it equipped Why even bother with health implant?
